The full amount of the course must be paid in full before the start date. We kindly request that you arrange this in advance, so you can start the course without any concerns.

By registering, you declare that you will take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during the course. The instructors cannot be held liable for any incidents.

I take full responsibility for anything that happens to me during the retreat. I confirm that all the information I have provided is truthful. I am also aware of the physical and emotional boundaries of others, which I will respect at all times.”

Cancellation Policy

For Participants:

​

• Up to 3 months before the start of the course: 100% of the fee will be refunded.

• From 3 months to 1 month before the start of the course: 50% of the fee will be refunded.

• From 1 month before the start of the course: no refund will be given.

• Missed days or weekends will not result in a reduction of the fee. All participants are expected to fully commit to the course and attend all scheduled dates.

For Organisers/Instructors:

​

• In case of cancellation of the (entire) course by the instructor(s) due to illness, force majeure, or insufficient participants: 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.

• If the course is stopped halfway through: a proportional amount will be refunded for the lessons that have already taken place.
