During the winter the days are shorter and we have less sun. Some people get a winter slump faster or refrain from the collective negative thoughts and fears.  

 This day is an opportunity to do something about that so that you feel your inner light burning and your energy gets a boost.  

 Here you get all kinds of techniques to protect yourself against negativity and fears. We will do exercises to recharge our energetic body and also to reprogram ourselves back.    These are exercises from different traditions that she has chosen to take care of herself on a daily basis.  A number of ingredients are: meditations, breathing energy exercises and mantra chanting.
