Over het evenement
We are in times where there is a lot of chaos and where we sometimes get lost. Soundhealing (or Voice Healing) is an excellent medicine that anyone who has a voice can easily use anytime, anywhere to get back into our center, grounding or strength.
Sound works on all our bodies and I will explain to you how you can use some shortcuts against stress and anxiety.
