Taiko Drum session

Taiko literally means 'big drum'. Playing a taiko is not the same as playing a drum set. Some of the differences are the posture, attitude, stamina, way of playing and the use of words to mimic taiko sounds. Especially being able to go full out with and in rhythm, combined with a solid physical workout and the group feeling, make playing taiko a completely independent experience, not comparable to drumming or other percussion.

No previous knowledge required, although a little sense of rhythm is a plus! All you need is an open mind full of enthusiasm!
